Questions mid-session happen — whether it is a disconnected hand, a deposit timing out, or a side-bet rule you want clarified. Here is where to reach us and what each channel handles for live blackjack specifically.

Live Chat Reach our support team directly from the lobby page. Useful for disconnection during a hand, table access issues, or any live blackjack rule you want confirmed before the next round.
Account Wallet Help If your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay deposit does not reflect before a hand starts, our team can trace the transaction reference and credit your account balance correctly.

Explore Our Live Blackjack Lobby

Our live blackjack lobby carries classic tables alongside speed and VIP variants, sourced from studios including Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Classic Blackjack follows the standard 21 format; Infinite Blackjack opens multiple seats from a single hand so you never wait for a spot. Speed Blackjack cuts decision time to keep the round count high per hour. Players in Subang Jaya and

across Malaysia can reach any table through a mobile browser without a separate download. RTP information is shown where the provider exposes it on each table detail screen.

HOW WE RUN IT

How We Keep Live Blackjack Fair and Consistent

Every live blackjack table in our lobby comes from a certified studio provider. We do not host proprietary streams — the deal, shuffle, and payout logic belong to audited third-party operators whose certification records are maintained independently of ong777.

Certified Studio Streams

Tables sourced from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live are streamed from studios that hold their own independent certification. The shuffle and card mechanics are not controlled at our end.

RTP Disclosed Where Available

We do not publish made-up RTP percentages. Where a provider publishes its own verified return figure for a blackjack variant, that figure appears on the game detail screen.

Hand History on Account

Every dealt hand is logged against your account session. You can review round outcomes, bet amounts, and result timestamps from the account history tab after the session ends.

Secure Account Access

Account login uses OTP verification tied to your registered mobile number. No hand result or payout is processed without an authenticated session, which keeps your balance protected.

Live Blackjack Terms Explained

New to live blackjack or just want a quick check on what a dealer means? These are the terms that come up most often at the table, written plainly so you can act on them in the moment.

What does 'soft hand' mean in blackjack?

A soft hand contains an Ace counted as 11. Because the Ace can drop to 1, you cannot bust by taking one more card — giving you extra flexibility when deciding whether to hit or stand.

What is 'insurance' in live blackjack?

Insurance is a side bet offered when the dealer shows an Ace. You wager up to half your original bet that the dealer holds a 10-value card underneath, completing a blackjack hand against yours.

What does 'push' mean at a blackjack table?

A push means your hand and the dealer's hand finish on the same total. No money changes hands — your original stake is returned to your account balance exactly as placed.

What is 'doubling down'?

Doubling down lets you double your original bet after seeing your first two cards, in exchange for committing to receive exactly one more card. Typically used on totals of 9, 10, or 11.

What does RTP mean for a blackjack game?

RTP stands for Return to Player — the theoretical percentage of all wagered money a game returns over many rounds. For live blackjack, the provider publishes this only where their studio exposes the figure.

What is 'Infinite Blackjack'?

Infinite Blackjack is a live variant by Evolution where unlimited seats are dealt from the same two initial cards. You never wait for an open spot, because every player at the table shares the same opening hand.

Common Questions About Our Live Blackjack Tables

These are the questions we hear most from players who are either new to the live blackjack lobby or returning after a break. Each answer reflects how our platform actually works.

Our lobby includes Classic Blackjack, Speed Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, and VIP table options from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Availability of specific tables depends on the time of day and studio scheduling.

Yes. The live tables are streamed through a mobile browser — no separate app download is required. The table layout adjusts to a portrait view automatically so the dealer feed and bet controls both stay visible.

Open the deposit screen, choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay, enter the amount in RM, and confirm with your wallet PIN. Once the transfer is processed, your balance updates and you can join any open table.

If your connection drops during a live blackjack hand, the studio's server holds your last confirmed action. When you reconnect, the hand outcome is recorded against your account as it resolved at the table.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. Log in to your account to see which tables are open to your region — the lobby only displays the tables accessible to your account.

Each table shows its own minimum and maximum bet range in RM before you enter. Classic and Speed tables generally carry lower floors; VIP tables set higher minimums. Check the table lobby screen for the exact range.
